- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
phone consults and ballpark estimates are always free our prices are competitive no nonsense economical and fair the $100 service fee covers traveling expenses and allows us to provide client with a more data and build concise quote for proposed services on jobs that are not so easily quoted electronically/over the phone/photos in most situations we build your estimate on site so that you can approve it and we can start the work same day in which case the fee is waived
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
find out as much info as possible about the project and come up with the most logical and economical solution
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing electrical installations since 1996 and attended independent electrical contractor school in 2017
