Moving into a new home and was noticing a lot of dead bugs around which made me nervous. They came out the next day and were super thorough and took time to explain everything. I also asked about termite treatment and after inspection we talked about options. This is the third inspection I've had and I never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need, and feel way more informed about my options going forward.
