- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the event details such as the number of guests, location, and timing. Then I provide package options and a clear quote. Once a deposit is received, I send a confirmation and contract. On the day of the event, my team arrives early to set up and ensure everything runs smoothly, so the client can relax and enjoy the celebration.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken multiple professional workshops in face painting and balloon twisting with international artists, and I am constantly updating my skills to stay on top of the latest trends and techniques. I also have extensive hands-on experience at festivals, schools, private parties, and corporate events.
