Lets throw transparency and to the point in there too, they kept us up to speed during the whole process always informing us on what was needed and what solution was best. I was afraid of the price tag with such amazing customer service but they were way under all of the other quotes we received and I am so glad we went with this company. HVAC and plumbing can be scary but not here - they put our minds at ease right away with their knowledge, patience and honesty! You know when you say I got a guy for that - this company is it! Peace of mind knowing I dont have to worry about HVAC and plumbing anymore, this is definitely our go to! Highly recommend!"See more

He trouble shot complications with the gas line to my old hot water heater (not being valved, so he installed one) and repaired the concrete that was crumbling around the exhaust vent, saving us from carbon monoxide poisoning. And came back out to replace my kitchen faucet for a great rate on my schedule, too! I really appreciate his help and am glad to have his contact info for future plumbing or hvac needs. We had a wonderful experience with Paramount! Our AC went out while temps were in the upper 80s and Paramount was able to come out same day to check out our issues. It turned out that we needed a new AC and we went ahead and replaced our furnace as well. Kurt was extremely knowledgeable when explaining our options and answer our questions. He was a pleasure to work with! Ben and his team installed our new appliances and they were also a joy to work with. They were very pleasant people who had a smile on their face the entire time. The equipment and labor were very reasonably priced compared to the other quotes we received around town. I would 100% recommend Paramount!
