The technician responded promptly to the request for toilet repair service and was able to come out within 2 hours. He provided a very reasonable estimate and a 10 percent discount for seniors, veterans or first responders. He was very pleasant and polite. He explained clearly what repairs he would be making and what labor and materials would cost.
