The technician responded promptly to the request for toilet repair service and was able to come out within 2 hours. He provided a very reasonable estimate and a 10 percent discount for seniors, veterans or first responders. He was very pleasant and polite. He explained clearly what repairs he would be making and what labor and materials would cost. His work quality was excellent and I saved their information as I will definitely be referring to them in the future for any plumbing repair issues. Thank you Vanguard for your work!
