- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and designed to make everything clear and stress-free. First, I talk with the customer to understand their needs, ideas, and the type of material they’re looking for. Then I take measurements and provide a detailed estimate based on the project. Once the customer approves the quote and the project is confirmed, I begin preparing the materials. Most projects are ready within 4 to 5 business days. After that, I schedule the installation and complete the work with attention to detail, making sure the customer is fully satisfied with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings strong experience and specialized training to every project. Several of our employees have over 15 years of hands-on experience in the stone industry, including stone cutting, fabrication, and professional installation. We have been trained to work with a wide range of materials such as granite, quartz, marble, and other solid surfaces. Our background includes technical training in precision cutting, edge detailing, polishing, and safe installation practices. This combination of experience and skill ensures high-quality workmanship and reliable results on every project.
