We had Dave come out for an inspection, and even though we ultimately probably don't need the service, I wanted to leave a review because the visit itself was genuinely valuable. He took real time to walk through our basement, explain what he was seeing, and answer every question we had — no rushing, no pressure to sign anything on the spot.
What stood out most was his willingness to share detailed, useful information even knowing there wasn't a guaranteed job on the other end of it. That's not something you get from every contractor, and it says a lot about how he operates. If we ever do need waterproofing work down the road, he'd be at the top of our list to call.
David stopped by to look at wetness in a corner of my finished basement. I had previously got a quote that involved ripping out dry wall, identifying leak, and repairing, etc. After looking inside and out, he said he was dang sure that the cause was all the stones outside the area. He recommended removing and ensuring soil was graded (and added to allow settling) and using grass instead of mulch or stone. He suggested using landscaper to complete the task. He definitely knew his stuff!
