I was very pleased with John and his helpers. I started with just wanting my fence repaired and painted, but when I found out that John was experienced with other repairs I added a few more tasks so that I could get the backyard in good shape for the grandchildren to visit and play. John and his crew were respectful, friendly and always listened and responded to my questions and concerns. I would definitely hire John and his company again should the need arise.

The gentlemen that did my work for me were very respective and very professional they did a ceiling fan in my bedroom and a sliding glass door in my kitchen where I had just a normal single back door I'm very pleased with the work they did a wonderful job they even hung my curtain rods for the new sliding glass door and hung my new curtains very professional and very polite.i enjoyed having them they answered all my questions I had for them.and I would have to say worth every penny.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and give our clients everything they want and I always try and keep it as affordable as possible I have worked with customers that wanted to pay installments for a few months because they were living on a fixed income. So needless to say we want you to have what you want at the most affordable price and your project will always be our most important job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
my first part is to get to know everything my costomer. wants watherbits on a print it even if it's just a picture in there mind that way I know what they want and I will then explain as where we will start and bend. and make sure they know how the job will go and if there is any problems I always try and plan where we will not have any problems.
