Good: the price was reasonable, they made adjustments to the plan as needed without changing the price, final work looks great, everyone was really nice and easy to work with. Bad: the project had some surprises and took much longer than anticipated. We needed the door to be installed by a very specific day/time, and because of a no-show the previous day, we ended up getting down to the wire and having the project completed 40 minutes AFTER the absolute drop-dead time (a showing for our home).
