I found Dori through Thumbtack and hired him to do a complete home remodel for me. I'm an investor and live out of state so it's important for me to work with someone who is communicative and affordable. I had my property manager review his work and they were very impressed. Not only that but he went above and beyond recommending to me things that previous contractors missed and some of it he fixed without me having to ask. He even helped one of my tenants carry in their washer and dryer. 5 stars for sure! Oh, and I still use him for maintenance work on my properties.

While I do think pricing was a little expensive, the prompt response, communication and quality work done on Thanksgiving week for a tenant was more important, therefore I do believe that you’re getting what you pay for with him. I will be utilizing him moving forward to help with those repairs on our home. We have other homes managed by a company and as we pull them out of that arrangement over time to self managing, we will hope to work with him on those as well.
