- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My focus is quality. I never cut corners, even when it's more expensive. Some of my competitors are cheaper, but I will take the time to make sure you have a relaxing, clean, organized space. I will make sure you are 100‰ certified. To make things interesting YES we do offer DISCOUNT.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I normally tour the Residence before the scheduled date, that way i am prepared and helps me to come with the right equipment for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have bachelor degree in Interior Design and more than 2 years training in Residential cleaning. When i was in college i was hired by one the Cleaning company which help me so much now that i started my own company.
