- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am going to try to keep my pricing reasonable and competitive. I will never sneak in additional charges. You will be aware of all pricing beforehand, you will receive receipts of payment and I will have a contract drafted up of service, pricing breakdown etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone conversation, and a in person visit at the place that needs services. I like to speak with the customer, get to know more about them. To ensure we are a fit for the customer and vice versa. I will not down notes etc and on day of service there will be a contract displaying services, pricing breakdown etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I helped my step father clean his buildings, and I have helped family and friends clean. All my experience comes mainly from my mother who had a tad bit of military training.
