They were 30 minutes late. We have dogs and they did not sweep or vacuum. They mopped over top of the hair and mud. They said they were leaving and I looked at the floors and there was dirty brown water and hair everywhere. I asked them if they were planning to sweep and they started vacuuming over top of the soaking wet floor. They left without asking if it was good- and they made us pay in advance. We paid $250 for this “deep clean” and I wish there would have been a review warning us. There is a lot of dust, crums, and spots that they completely skipped. I hope that they improve because I truly support small businesses.
