- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are Fare and very competitive, We offer Quality cleaning services without charging High Prices! We look for repeat customers on a recurring basis. Therefore our prices should be affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually speak with the client, see what their needs are! I can either give a verbal estimate just by their requests. Sometimes it's required to take a trip to the property, each client is different! We would agree on price for services, going forward schedule a clean. Our team will show up complete cleaning. All customers will receive an invoice via email within 24hrs or they can pay after services are complete their choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
24 years of Experience in both the cleaning industry & General Inspections for Compliance & Upkeep. Also Self employed Currently since May 2003 in the commercial and residential cleaning industry.
