Luke was very patient and understanding. Had an issue with the new dryer cord but he was able to reuse the cord from the old dryer and now the dryer is working. He was also very resourceful in using material we had on hand to secure the opening where the gate use to be. I feel comfortable knowing that there is no longer easy access to my mom’s backyard.

Very very unprofessional person by name Lucas. He committed to do a job for $160 and then last minute he cancelled and asked for $200 for same task and again $260 and again requested to close at $200 quoting the employees will be demotivated. I agreed for since I did not want to waste their effort of coming. The team started work but they damaged stove by using some harsh chemicals. Denied cleaning half stuff telling its under deep cleaning, did not even stood by commitment of 3 hours.. When morning I noticed stove and sent them pictures and asked them to fix they completely refused saying it was there. Very bad experience through out.
