Chris Schweisthal provided us with a great inspection and repair recommendation for concrete settling we've witnessed within our garage, driveway, and front stoop/apron. While we weren't able to immediately sign a contract, he was quite friendly and professional to work with and did not pressure us into a contract. He answered all of questions. We'll definitely keep him and Ohio Basement Authority in mind if we move forward.

Michael Davies came out and fixed a couple issues with root systems and adjusted the dehumidifier. Was very thorough and informative the entire time. Explained what was going on in detail.The pipes flowing out were dug up replaced and grass put back. All by one guy in 90 degree weather. Great service.

Jayson Wright just completed the first annual maintenance on my OBA sump pump system and he did an excellent job. Jayson was very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining my sump pump functioning and how to make sure everything was working properly. Jayson also identified a couple of other items, not related to my sump pump, that we can address that will improve the overall comfort and appearance of our lake house. Thanks for a great job Jayson!
