- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are free for all of our potential customers surrounding the Columbus areas and nearby. There is a $25 estimate fee for any estimates that are 45 minutes to 1 hour out, and 1-2 hours is a $50 fee. If hired, this DOES go towards your project! We also offer a returning customer discount for loyalty!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although we can do virtual estimates, We prefer to come to the jobsite to meet with the customer and to provide our estimates, this tends to make things more personable! Also, it helps to avoid any confusion or missing anything that won’t always be detectable through photos.
