- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The more accessible the items are the cheaper it will be, anything in the garage is going to be easier than anything in the house. Also we can only give ranged estimates over the phone, once we see the items in person we can give a solid price before we begin.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was fresh out of the Marine Corps when I went to work for my dads junk removal company. He showed me the ropes and now that I’m an OSU student I make some pocket change providing the best junk removal experience I can for my customers.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A customer had us clean out all the bulky items from the house they were selling, a few hours and 3 truck loads later we got a smile out of them!
