The team did an incredible job gutting the commercial space and preparing the building for renovation. As seen in the images, the crew stripped the old drywall down to the metal studs and cleared out the heavy debris efficiently. The workers arrived with the necessary trucks and equipment shown in and completed the demolition as promised. The team left the concrete floors swept and ready for the next phase of construction. I highly recommend this contractor for any major commercial demo or renovation preparation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive and likely the lowest in town. We do good work and oftentimes underbid jobs. Our customers appreciate that and nearly compensate us extra every time. I guess you could call us a discount service provider because we offer discounted pricing right up front. We work with everyone!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am here to serve you. I am willing to discuss any of my quotes but I think you will find my pricing is WELL below market. I listen to your needs and will do my very best to help out in any situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Much of my career is been in the shipping industry. I have become an expert at packing and loading. I also had quotas to meet so time was always a priority. In other words we work quickly and efficiently.
