I had a great experience with this company. I had just cleaned out my place and had a lot of old items in the backyard that needed to be hauled away (playset that was deconstructed and a gas fire pit, etc.) so I could refresh everything. Chris reached out to me right away. I initially went with another company because their price was lower, but once they arrived, they tried to increase the cost by an extra $100. That didn’t sit right with me, so I called Chris back. Before confirming, I asked if he needed any additional photos to make sure pricing wouldn’t change, and he was very straightforward. The only mention was a small gas surcharge so no surprises. I was also leaving town and needed same-day service, and he made it happen. They arrived, worked quickly, and were done in about 40 minutes. Super efficient. Overall, very punctual, communicative, and professional. I’d definitely recommend them.

I recently used Novara Strategies for a dump pickup and was really impressed with the service. They were professional, on time, and made the whole process extremely easy. Communication was great from start to finish, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. It’s hard to find reliable hauling services, but Novara Strategies definitely hit it on the mark! If you need junk or dump pickup, I highly recommend them!
