Eric started our landscaping project and did a fair job but then didn’t complete the job, he offered to come back before our deadline and then just stopped responding. He way over estimated how much mulch we needed and now we have a huge pile (about 7 cubic yards) of black mulch still sitting in our driveway and not sure what to do with it. He was paid and tipped for the work he claimed he would complete the follow day and simply never showed again :-( We were devastated as we were throwing a family party that Saturday and our landscaping needs were only about 65% complete. I hope that Eric is able to recover from these poor reviews as I’m sure he has the capability to not just do fair work but also be more reliable and follow through with what he says he will do… the photos show the pile of mulch and the grass he never cut :-(
