Very happy with NexGreen so far. They came out and completed the first treatment. The service tech was friendly and very professional. I had asked for an evaluation of the problem we encountered last fall and and they confirmed that it was due to Grubs. The service we had last year was supposed to have treated for Grubs, but they would not even send someone out to look at the problem. I asked if NexGreen could "fix" the "bare lawn" problem. They came out a couple of weeks after the first treatment and cut, seeded, and fertilized the areas where the grass had died out. I am very please so far with performance and customer service. Another "plus" is being able to speak with a "local" person when I call the company rather than a menu system that finally takes me to someone in another state.

My lawn was WAYY past due for the first mowing of the season, as I did not receive a courtesy alert from my lawn care service that their business was terminated. The rapid response is very much appreciated as mine was the neglected lawn in my neighborhood!

We are on our first lawn treatment, so too early to judge the program as a whole. I did see a noticeable difference in weeds after the first app. On the operational side, they listened to my concerns, spelled out several treatment options, and didn't try to "oversell" add ons. I like Nexgreen's approach and, administratively, they have been nothing short of fantastic. 5 stars for the service I have gotten in the first two months as a new customer
