I've only just begun working with NexGreen. So far, the customer service has been amazing. They are patient while explaining what they do and why the do it and are prompt in their service. I'll have to wait until spring to see how well their products/applications work.

My lawn was WAYY past due for the first mowing of the season, as I did not receive a courtesy alert from my lawn care service that their business was terminated. The rapid response is very much appreciated as mine was the neglected lawn in my neighborhood!
