- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on customer needs. In most cases we meet with new customers right away at their property. This give us time to meet each other and for customers to show us their individual needs. Once we have discussed the project, we are able to present an estimate for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When time allows, we like to meet with our customers beforehand to walk their property. During this time we take notes on their specific needs and discuss plans. After this meeting we provide our estimate. Depending on the job, we may be able to give a quote at the time of our meeting. In some cases we may need to have a day to form our estimate. Either way, our priority is to keep our customers in the loop.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
O State Landscaping was built on a foundation of 15 plus years of landscaping experience. We take pride in our work! Our team is required to have prior experience in the industry before hired.
