- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing is upfront. We will provide a written estimate and email it to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple, we contact you and set up an estimate and or provide a quote via phone. We will schedule estimate/work. We make sure we perform the work to our quality standards and after work is complete will invoice you upon completion of the work, cleanup, and your acceptance of the work during our walk through. We will then send an invoice and you can pay online or pay by check. If you pay online, our payment processor is secure and we do not see your information. Once you pay we ask for you to provide us a rating/review of our work. We will do our very best to do a great job!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hire well trained and experienced technicians, contractors etc. Our employees are experienced, but in addition to meeting our experience requirements, we train them continuously. We also partner with and subcontract work that we do not perform as a full service maintenance/construction source for our customers. We can provide many different services and or partner/subcontract with fully licensed, insured and bonded contractors.
