Was very quick and easy to contact. Did great work and was done with a bunch of locks that needed rekeyed. Also was able to quickly make an extra key after I had only asked for 2 initially. Great work!

The service was great put two new door locks in w/ deadbolt also made 3 keys. Took about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Little expensive but was ok to pay. The post says no service charge but I was charged $29.00. Even if a customer forgets to ask about the 0$ service fee the provider should remember. I’ll just call it a tip for Christmas! Thank you to Alex for wanting to fix the misunderstanding with the service call fee! The $29 was quickly refunded. I updated this review!

We make discounts for customers who apply again for service. And also, even without discounts, we have good prices.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything is very simple, I call the customer, make an appointment when it is convenient for the customer, after which I come to the client's address and provide service on the site. Our Van is fully equipped, I can make car keys and other keys on site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 5 years of experience.
