I specialize in a more sports type massage and I've worked with athletes ranging from avid runners training for a marathon to professional dancers. I look forward to meeting and working with you to maximize your results from working out or preparing for or recovering from an athletic event! I also have experience with medical massage as well and as I do hold a medical license myself if you have a prescription for massage I am able to wave all sales taxes on the massage for you!

Ben gives a wonderful massage that involves dynamic stretching. He was attentive to my problem areas and maintained great communication throughout. Ben works out of a chiropractor’s office, so there wasn’t a spa-type atmosphere, but I was still so relaxed that I fell asleep at one point!
