- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since no two projects are alike we either have the customer bring the item to us or if it is too big we offer mobile welding. We charge an hourly rate for structural welding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need to see the item(s) either by bringing it to the shop or us going out to see it and at that time we are able to provide a fair and accurate price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our welders are skilled and certified through the American Welding Society D1.1 for TIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding.
