- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge any fee for the initial inspection. We will come out to your residence, being commercial or residential, inspect and examine the area, and then talk with you about possible options and give you a free estimate on our services. There is no obligation for you to work with us if you decide after the inspection that you do not want to go further with the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do offer continuing education courses to keep insurance agents current on what has been happening in the property restoration world. They usually have been taken by insurance agents, but I am looking to offer similar courses to the general public for anybody looking to learn more about the ins and outs of property restoration.
