ADDITIONAL SERVICES
AFFORDABLE HOME INSPECTIONS - I will work hard to make sure your home inspection will go as smoothly as possible by making the inspection appointment, being on time, taking pictures of the property and any other details needed. Lastly you will receive your report later that day via email.
MOVING SERVICES - This service was added on in the summer of 2015. We use two 26ft box truck that's big enough for small local moves, trust and believe me. Sometimes I will contract 2 to 4 movers to assist me with the job. It depends on how many rooms the customers have.
CLEANING SERVICES - I will clean your oven, refrigerator, floors, windows and bathrooms.
CARPET CLEANING SERVICES - This service was also added on in the summer of 2015. One of the main tools we use for your carpet cleaning is the Rug Doctor Mighty Pro X3. It's a small commercial carpet cleaning machine. It works great! I use hot water and carpet cleaning solution with the Rug Doctor Mighty Pro X3.
I really enjoy working with the customers! Seeing their faces and reading their reviews after a completed service really keeps me going! I'm there for the customers and they're there for me.
I also love driving long distances, so that isn't a problem with me at all!

Terrell was punctual, professional and very thorough in the inspection. His report was very detailed, filled with lots of pictures and proper recommendations as well as having our final inspection report ready in just under 3 hours!! He was very well prepared and it was quite evident that he is very well-educated in this field! I will definitely be recommending him to everyone and using him for our routine yearly inspections as well! If you hire Terrell, you can rest assured that you are getting top notch service!

He was patient and through in his inspection. As I was out of state when I was purchasing my house he took the time to go over the report with me to make sure I had a clear understanding of what needed to be done to the property. He was upfront and reasonable about his rates. If ever I need another inspection I will definitely hire Terrell again.

Terrell is a great inspector and I am very sure that I will have him in my contact list for all my friends who want to buy houses or just for their annual inspection. Terrell inspected the whole house as I walked with him and he explained everything not leaving anything out. He knows well what he is doing and did it professionally. Terrell was very personable. He did a very good job. He completed the home inspection in a reasonable amount of time. The price was very reasonable. He also drove from Columbus to Dayton to do the inspection. He also had the report completed very quickly.
