Tra called immediately to help with a next day unload of a UHaul into a storage unit. He has fair pricing and was on time for the unload. We will be using him again when we need to move out of the storage unit. He came prepared with dolly and blankets to take care of our things. He was efficient and made sure everything was going to fit in the space we had. Highly recommend!

I called and spoke to Demontra (Tra) Porter with Early Bird Moving Services / Red Express Delivery and Moving Services in regard to an upcoming move I had coming up on (3/22/2025, Job #1) where I just needed help loading my Penske truck as I was moving from Fort Wayne, Indiana to Rapid City, South Dakota. The answer was “YES” they did provide that type of service and would be able to accommodate my loading date and time as needed.
I found their moving service through the Thumbtack app my sister who lives in Nevada told me about. Tra was very accommodating, on time and friendly and let’s not forget STRONG, I had a lot of very heavy boxes. The Penske 26 ft truck turned out to be not large enough for all of the things I had going to South Dakota.
Tra and his co-worker Keaton offered to load, drive and unload a 2nd Penske truck the following week for me on 3/29/2025 (Job # 2). There were some mechanical issues with the Penske truck that I had personally rented for the move, of which delayed the planned delivery, but Tra and Keaton weathered the storm and still got the job done.
I asked if Tra and his co-worker would be interested in unloading an existing storage unit I currently had in South Dakota and move it to my new storage unit location, so all of my belongings were stored at the same location, again the answer was “YES”. (Job #3) So thankful for their help on that move as well.
It has been a big, big move for me and Early Bird Moving Services / Red Express Delivery and Moving Services definitely made the trip and enjoyable experience. I would recommend their services for a small job all the way up to one like mine, going all the way across the country 😊.

Very Bad experience. They cancel your schedule very last minute even though you had confirmed the moving 4 days back.
I had to look for alternate arrangements and it was a last minute hassle.
Details: 3-5 items • Sofa • Bed frame • Mattress • Boxes • Less than 5 miles • No change in floors to load items • Passenger elevator to unload items
