- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$45 for 60 minutes which can be split into 30-minute sessions. You can also split the sessions with someone as long as you train during the same appointment. Initial consultations and fitness assessments are always free!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with a new client before creating a plan. This allows each of us to "get-to-know" each other. It also allows me to assess their lifestyle, commitments, medical history and barriers they may be facing. I will also perform a brief muscle imbalance assessment which helps in preparing the best exercise program for them. This initial meeting is always free of charge.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My favorite aspect about personal training are the different types of people I get to work with every day. I've trained seasoned athletes, weekend warriors and people who have never stepped foot in a gym. Every client is unique and every lifestyle is different and everyone has the ability to achieve their goals!
