Wow! What a great experience for my mom. Rachel was thorough, professional, encouraging.. everything that was needed for a hesitant, older lady. Physical therapy in the home environment is critical for the elderly; thank you for your patience and positivity. It was exactly what was needed.

I have known Rachel for 9 years as my instructor, my physical therapist and most importantly my friend. You would be hard pressed to find a PT more knowledgeable, professional or ethical than Rachel. I give her my highest recommendation without reservation.

Rachel went out of her way to provide my husband with high quality PT service. She engaged him with her kind but energetic personality and had him doing exercises that challenged him and improved his condition. She took him outside even to see what he could do. She used various tests to measure where he was starting from and what he accomplished in his sessions. Rachels PT was comparable to a good inpatient rehab! My husband benefitted immensely from her therapy. I would use her again in a heartbeat for my husband or myself! I highly recommend Botkin Rehab Services.

Family Focus Home Health has been using Botkins Rehab Services for years. Whenever we make a Referal for one of our patients for in home therapy, Rachel and her staff are so fast to make contact and get out to do the evaluations. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept Medicare, Medicaid and many private insurances for physical therapy services. Wellness, balance assessments and home safety inspections are priced per visit and not covered by insurance
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the goals of my client. We will complete a phone call prior to coming out to your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Physical Therapy and have been serving older adults in central Ohio for 20 +years. I have an advanced competence in Home Health and serve on the practice committee for the Home Health Academy of the American Physical Therapy Association
