My husband broke his leg in January, and we were told to get in home therapy for him. I made several calls to several different rehab therapys, with the same answer, we cant come to you! (that was because of our insurance or they didnt have enough therapists) Rachel Botkin was the first to reach back with good news. She said we will make it work! And she did! She sent out Danielle who really challenged my husband with exercises he could do under his restrictions. To see him lift his leg within a week of the first visit was very hopeful to us. Danielle threw every exercise she could at him while he was still under home care. She would check in on him after doctor appointments, to know how to plan the next therapy session better. Again I cant thank both ladies enough for helping my husband get back on track to recovering.

The score of 5 stars for the initial visit from Botkin Rehab Services is given to Botkin Rehab Home Services for several reasons:1st. Rachel gave a very thorough evaluation of Johns current needs for wheelchair replacement. She asked to have an assessment with needs for his current physical abilities ; his future needs & goals; while giving attention to his behavioral skills & desires to achieve improvement in Quality of Life abilities.2. There was also helpful instruction & advice given to Johns staff so that future rehab skills can be supported in the home between PT visits.3. Great communication between NuMotion staff, Rachel & client (John) & home staff.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I accept Medicare, Medicaid and many private insurances for physical therapy services. Wellness, balance assessments and home safety inspections are priced per visit and not covered by insurance
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the goals of my client. We will complete a phone call prior to coming out to your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Physical Therapy and have been serving older adults in central Ohio for 20 +years. I have an advanced competence in Home Health and serve on the practice committee for the Home Health Academy of the American Physical Therapy Association
