Mobile piano teacher - in-person lessons servicing the Salt Lake City area. I come to you!
I may not be the easiest teacher around but I can guarantee you will learn a lot and have fun doing so.
I focus on the fundamentals of piano, like note recognition, counting and playing with feeling. With a solid base and understanding of music theory, there isn’t a song you can’t learn!
I enjoy teaching my students whatever genre they are interested in learning from the classics to jazz to Disney to movie scores to popular artists.
In addition to offering in person lessons in Salt Lake City, Ut, I also offer 1:1 virtual piano lessons, available to teach any time zone between between PT and ET. I offer discounts for 45 min and 60 min lessons.
I really enjoy seeing my students grasp on to concepts and watching them learn to play from the soul.

Hannah is amazing. I have learned more from her in 2 months that I did in years trying to learn on my own. She keeps lessons interesting, finds fun stuff to play, and pushes hard. I can't recommend her enough.

Had a great first lesson! - reviewed a good amount music theory since I had not taken piano lessons since high school (25 yrs ago). Very much enjoyed Hannah's personality - pleasant and cheerful but focused. She kept the lesson focused so it was very productive and a great review! I also like that we have set attainable goals for the next couple of lessons!

Hannah has been great!! I have been taking lessons from her for a couple of months now and couldn’t be more pleased. She is a great instructor, communicates well, is knowledgeable about all styles of music and is a patient teacher. She offers a great service at a very reasonable price. She is also very easy to reach and she is quick to respond if I have a question about a lesson or need to change a lesson time or day. She has been great to work with and I highly recommend her!

I charge $39 per 30 minute lesson (discounted rates for 45 and 60 minute lessons available).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my prospective student for an introductory lesson. Learn more about their goals and gauge their skill level to better set up a teaching plan dedicated to their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years as a piano instructor. 29 years of piano and flute instruction. I minored in music theory from Westminster College in 2007.
