Caught My Eye Photography of Columbus was created out of my love for capturing the faces of athletes competing. . . I loved seeing the focus, strength, fear, pain, joy. . . it is so often easy to see on the face. From sporting competitions I began customizing sessions for senior portraits, engagements, weddings, maternity, new born, pets and events. But the constant theme is that my style is very photo journalistic in nature -- capturing the moments as they happen, following the action, sometimes having to nudge it a bit, but truly capturing you doing what you do best. . . BEING YOU! My joy comes from capturing an image that truly reflects what I see through my lens. The best compliment is one where you, a friend or a family member looks at an image and says wow, that is beautiful and that looks just like you! My goal is that our time together with my camera is fun, relaxed and natural and that the images we capture reflect the true essence of who you are. That's what is fulfilling for me as a photographer.
