What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each session comes with a print credit equal to 10% of the package price! ($250 session = $25 print credit) Full-resolution images are delivered via digital download folder typically within a week of the session. If booked twice within the same 12-month period, you get a $50 discount!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I engage in a brief interview to get to know them and discover what they want for their portraits. I find the more I understand a client, the better I can capture what they want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, 2015 with my BFA in Photography
