- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate hourly fee that can vary based on free market prices and are flexible with customers in these uncertain times. For off-site free instant estimates we provide a guaranteed maximum price that typically drives down costs to the customer after our initial onsite inspection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone, online, and virtual inquiries are always free and are provided within 30 minutes when they cannot be provided instantly. When on-site, we introduce ourselves to the client (following CDC guidelines for COVID-19) prior to an initial walk-through of the area of work to determine the project scope of work. If our verbal price commitment is a greed upon (negotiations welcome), a written scope of work with total price and any necessary clarifications is signed by both parties prior to the commencement of all work. Upon satisfactory final inspection by the customer with all remediation addressed, we can then proceed to final payment.
