I am the owner of several single family homes in the Columbus, OH area. I needed a lot of help especially with getting good, qualified tenants. Real Estate Pros did a remarkable job of advertising that included video, photographs, and postings on their website as well as countless other real estate websites. The result was *qualified* tenants for my houses! I also did not want to deal with maintenance and repairs on my properties.     I had learned about a job opening as a resident manager at my place of residence. The former resident manager at the time was a person who I often spoke to and got to know very well. We occasionally spoke about career goals and personal interests. So, one day back in the year 2012, he had mentioned that he was planning to pursue another job opportunity and was planning to leave the position.
