- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by listening to the customer’s needs and scheduling a convenient time to inspect the project. After the inspection, we explain our recommendations, answer questions, and provide a clear, honest estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work, communicate throughout the project, protect the property, and complete a thorough cleanup and final walkthrough. At TruePoint Exteriors, we treat every customer and their home like family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended building and contracting school and began learning the trade by watching and helping my father build. My professional experience includes 10 years in home maintenance, four years in the garage door industry, and seven years working in roofing and siding. I have also worked for local flooring companies, giving me broad hands-on experience across many areas of home construction, repair, and improvement.
