Harold is a rockstar. Absolutely amazing. He is a military veteran, which we quickly bonded over, but I point that out as he arrives with that military professionalism and work ethic. He ran into a few snags, such as plumbing pipes in his way and such, but he handled it like a pro! He ran 4 Ethernet cords through my attic. Very reasonable company.
