Apex was able to send someone out the same day which was nice especially since it was Friday and I didn’t have to wait the entire weekend to have someone look at my HVAC unit. There was a $69 service fee which is not stated on their page so that’s why 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, the tech was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. It took him about 15 or so minutes to find that there was a crack in the heat exchanger. The tech recommended a replacement since the furnace is 20+ years old.

First of all, I’ll put this all in inspected Gabe Cox did a great job he figured out in no time. My problem is the pricing plus the service charge I did not know nothing about. I thought Coming back and And asking for a service charge fee not good for Apex pros the problem was fixed in less than five minutes. the pricing could’ve been a little better on that situation. Probably not gonna use them again
