Web Design
Working with Jed has been a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone who not only needs help with web design, but as someone who you can brainstorm with and come up with to come up with your best options within your budget!

Logo Design
Initially, I had very little idea concerning the direction I wanted to take for my branding. They came up with some different ideas but all were good creative approaches. Eventually, we narrowed down the best ideas and I am happy with the end results.

Jed was quick to respond and punctual. He also provided excellent mock ups per our specifications before the project even really got started. Overall great to work with!

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our goals include the precise definition of your objectives as a first step. Defined, we can then develop a realistic and concert scope of work. Our fees are project-based. We set a budget which serves to allow you to get the most of our experiences and expertise but is mindful of your pocketbook. We intend to give you a product which gets you where you need to be while certainly not breaking your budget. With a tightly defined work scope, we can identify and address any additions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We start by asking questions. Questions like what are your objectives and how can we rank them in order of importance. If a team manages your project, we will ask them all subjects to gain a consensus. We need to be completely clear about what you're trying to achieve, your audience, budget, and timeline. With that, we produce a proposal outlining the work to be done. You'll see a timeline based on a set number of meetings and a deliverable schedule. You're going to know precisely what you will get and when you'll get it before we start the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Our experience is our best training. Our schooling focused on creative problem solving and resolution. We've tempered and complimented our education with countless seminars, classes, and symposiums aimed at crafting workable solutions to hard problems. Could we be any vaguer? Sure we could. But we won't. Our principal graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in visual communication design and has worked at well-known design firms before starting BlueCozmos. We also hire staff to fit the needs of a particular project. See, we've found it best to keep our Rolodex well oiled when it comes to matching talent to a need. We're not a placement agency, but if your project needs a particular style of photography, for example, we want to be able to call on that type.
