I would 1000% recommend James with Veterans Inspections. He was on time (early to us non-veterans), very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and made sure I understood what his findings meant and even gave me an idea on price range to fix. He also suggested some easy ways to fix some little things. He was very detailed in his search and his report reflected as such.
