James is the most thorough home inspector I have ever met! He explained everything to me every step of the way and I received my report the same night of my inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he actually walkes on the roof to inspect it and not rely on a drone. By him doing that, I was able to know I would need a new roof within the next 5 years.

James was very fair about not trying to not do a replacement roof like the other roofers did. He did my chimney flashing and a roof inspection.
He was great and I will use him again.
By the way he had done my primary property first a few months before so I called when I needed him again
