I have also been certified by American Council of Exercise for Senior Fitness. I am currently enrolled in the world famous Precision Nutrition course. I make things simple and easy to have sustainable life change. I have competed in marathons, triathlons, weightlifting and bodybuilding contests. I have a passion to help others with all aspects of their life-physical mental emotional spiritual. My motto is Adding Life to Your Years and Years to Your Life. Greg is extremely knowledgeable and professional, his initial assessment determined my own personal individualized goals, each session was customized to reach goals, introduced exercises on all levels, machines, strength training, cardio, mat/floor exercises that can be done at home, if desired will send you texts to encourage proper nutrition, water intake, reminders for posture and maintaining being active daily. Will accomodate when and where you’d like to have your session. I highly recommend him.

“Greg and I have worked out at the same facility for several years, and I am very impressed at his creativity in his workouts. I have admired how his workouts aren’t the usual routines, but he incorporates a variety of equipment in his routines. He obviously gets results!” Greg is also great at gearing the workouts according to activity level and age of his clients.

Just wanted to testify to Greg Hullinger’s excellent help in working with me on my fitness goals. I am approaching 60 and was not sure how it would go with a personal trainer. We have worked on strengthening exercises, improving flexibility, and improving balance. He has been doing fitness for a very long time. His slogan “Adding life to your years and years to your life” says it perfectly. His approach was simple and sustainable. He provided the skill I needed along with support, encouragement, and the routine was not overwhelming. He is the best! brigette
