Buckeye Improvements, did an excellent job! I had my entire bathroom remodeled. They removed my old tub, and tub walls, old toilet, and old vanity. Replaced old plumbing, with new pipes to toilet and sink. Installed a luxury shower (with fabulous water pressure), assembled new toilet, new vanity, and new flooring. Top notch communication daily, by the owner, George. I look forward, to having them do more work for me, in my future home improvement projects.

They refurbished my bathroom and they were in and out in no time. They came by to check out the bathroom and asked me if I needed anything else done and I do need a new roof. They gave me a price I literally couldn't refuse. Their crew came out and with in 8hrs they had finished. Beautiful. I'm so glad they did this for me and when they left, it was like they were never there except for my beautiful roof. Thank you so much and God bless you all.

Good honest local company. Uses quality product. I used them for my roof and gutters and gutter protection and they did a fantastic job for a very fair price and then registered my warranties and mailed them to me

I had this company do the siding for my house a couple years ago (2016). The owner George is involved through out the process from beginning to end. If I had any concerns they were addressed without question. The work was completed as promised. The prices are competitive and the materials used are high quality. So to add the the quality of this business, the siding work was done awhile ago. I called the other week and again spoke to George, because I noticed a trim piece had come loose, maybe from wind. He asked I send him a couple pictures to his phone, and the next thing I knew the next week someone was at the house repairing the trim free of charge.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We first start with an initial consultation to give the customer an opportunity to meet us get to know the company and who we are during that initial consultation we offer a free no obligation quote.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If the customer decides to move forward with us we schedule an appointment with our installation manager who will take 2nd round measurements which we use to order material, he will also put you on the schedule for installation. Once we receive your product we schedule the installation appointment, once installation is complete we schedule the final appointment to guarantee customer satisfaction after every job completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have received extensive training on our Owens Corning Roofing System and have been licensed and insured as required by state and local laws.
