Universal did a great job cleaning our air vents in preparation for the winter. They were on time, courteous, and worked within my schedule. I would recommend them for any HVAC projects.
Nathan showed up on time and was very detailed, professional, and courteous. He was able to get me up and running very quickly. The work area was left very clean of all materials. Nathan was very detailed in going over my options for repair and answering any questions I had. I will definitely be using Universal Heating and Cooling's services again.

Steve was just amazing! He took the time to walk me through everything he was doing and looking at, gave me tips for maintenance, and quotes for preventative measures. Although I spent more than expected, I never felt he was trying to upsell me or get me to do anything that wasn’t truly necessary. He honestly thanked me multiple times and made me feel valued as a customer. Also- the company responded within 30min of my request, and Steve was here within 2 hours. Highly recommend Steve and the company!

Steven did a great job servicing our unit and even identified an issue. He provided reasonably priced quotes for a new unit. We’ll definitely be a return customer!
Everything was very honest and transparent regarding the work to be done. When the technicians were here to install my new furnace, they were professional, very courteous in answering questions that l had and left the area they worked at, very clean. I would highly recommend using this service. Very satisfied.
