FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to maintain the lowest prices possible. We typically will be $2000-5000 lower than our larger competitors on new equipment installations. Our repair prices will vary based on your particular needs, but our prices are typically significantly lower than our competition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For preventative maintenance, you can expect us to sit down and have a conversation with you about the things that are most important to you and your home. We will then custom tailor a plan that works best for you. If your equipment is not working properly, we will troubleshoot the problem and offer you an honest solution to your problem without the sales pitches and at fair and reasonable price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively we have HVAC trade school degrees, EPA Certifications to safely handle refrigerants, and various ducting system optimization certificates. While these are all great things and in some cases required by federal and local laws, we believe that experience is the best education one can receive and we have decades of experience in this trade.
