- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the circumstances my prices vary from $40 to $60 per hour. My prices are determined on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally I sit down with the customer and have them show me what kind of problems they are encountering then I get to work remedying their problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Comptia A+, Network + and Security + certified computer technician. I was an in home computer repair consultant for 10 years before moving to corporate America. I continue to tinker with technology and fix computers on an almost daily basis.
