Bumped to 4 stars; there were some good things and bad things on this project but overall they did a good job of making things right. But their communication needs work.Its ironic that bath solutions had following on their review request page: If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us directly. We would appreciate the opportunity to address any concerns and make things right.Thats what Ive tried to do for last two weeks, communicate. But crickets.We ordered a complete bathroom redo, with a 2-sink, QUARTZ countertop. But they ordered a single sink. We agreed to let them start work while a 2nd countertop was made. Things were mostly fine, but when job was done and payment made, we found out countertop was marble, which is harder to take care of, and not quartz.Last email I got from project manager said hed talk to owner. That was two weeks ago.The one star is for the installer, who did a great job."See more
