FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a lifetime workmanship garuntee and provide you with a $2,000,000 insurance policy and a 5 star rating that I've maintained over the years. To hire me to repair or troubleshoot your electrical issues, I charge $150 to begin working for you and an additional $75 every hour after I arrive. I never like when I get a quote and then somehow I end up having to pay $100's extra. I will stand by my estimates that I give you in person. The only way I will be forced to increase what I quote you is if I find something dangerous or hindering that MUST be attended to by another Electrician or me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will talk with my customer I also consult with them. That's a great time to educate my customer, answer their questions as well as get my questions answered and give them a chance to decide if they are comfortable enough to let me come into their home or business and help them. Once I'm at their location of residence or business that's when I can narrow down and find out exactly what needs to be done. This is also when a quote turns into a fixed price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I finished a 4 year program for Electricians and have my certification. I have a two year certificate in Electronics Engineering from a trade school called M.V.C.T.C. I have my own business. I run small scale jobs and teach upcoming Electricians the way to properly do things.
